Re-circulating
Lehrs use forced air to heat
the Lehr tunnel. TNF re-circulated Lehr zones have a re-circulating
fan mounted on top of the zone which circulates hot air
through the Lehr ducts in to the Lehr tunnel uniformely
heating the charged Glass Wares to the required Annealing
or Decorating temperature as required by the process cycle.
These Lehrs can be provided with heating source like Gas,
Electricity, Oil or combinations of the above.
The
re-circulated Lehrs are modularly designed with automatic
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLING SYSTEM for heating
and cooling zones. TNF
re-circulating Lehrs are manufactured upto a width of 4.8
mtrs. with duel re-circulation fan for each zone where required.
The fully re-circulation Lehrs can be provided with a maximum
belt speed of upto 1200 MM per minute with very rigid and
strong drive along with most rediable belt tensioning arrangement.
Re-circulated 'TNF' Lehrs can be used for very high production
plants of Glass containers T.V. tube, bulb shells etc.
